The process of requesting Audio Description and Sign Language Interpretation is now simpler and more convenient than ever. Before or after you purchase tickets, you can request either service for any Cultural Trust show by filling out a new online form. No phone calls are required!

Here’s how it works:

1. Go to the Accessibility page.

2. Click on the drop downs for either the Audio Description or Sign Language Interpretation sections (the form is the same for both).

3. Click on the hyper link in the service description that says, “click here.”

   

4. Fill out the form—it’ll take just a minute!

Once you submit your request, you’ll receive an email confirmation with contact details. At that point, you can reach out to the Accessibility team to go over any specific needs. If you fill out the form before purchasing tickets, Guest Services will contact you to make arrangements.

An important note: Please submit your request at least 10 days before the show so we have time to coordinate your accommodation.
