The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and Associated Artists of Pittsburgh are proud to partner on the 2026 edition of the Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival’s annual Juried Visual Art Exhibition. Each year, the exhibition highlights the exceptional talent and perspectives of artists in our region, and 2026 will be no exception. Celebrated as one of the region’s longest-running juried exhibitions, the annual Juried Visual Art Exhibition is an open call for art to all artists within a 150-mile radius of downtown Pittsburgh. The jurors for the 2026 edition of the Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival’s annual Juried Visual Art Exhibition are listed below. The jurors select a range of works from hundreds of submissions, with five individual prizes awarded:
- 1 Best in Show (selected by all jurors) $2500 cash prize
3 Jurors’ Picks $1000 cash prize
1 People’s Choice $1000 cash prize

Davine Byon
Juror
Davine Byon is an arts administrator and interdisciplinary artist based in Pittsburgh and New York City. With a BFA in video media theater design from Carnegie Mellon University, she brings a curatorial sensibility that foregrounds embodied experience and interventions of form. byon currently serves as the Curatorial Assistant of galleries and public art at the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, where she also leads public programs showcasing time-based media and community centric activations.

Atiya Jones
Juror
Atiya Jones is an interdisciplinary artist exploring themes of human connection, mental health and socio-economic disparities through her craft. Utilizing two distinct mark-making lexicons she’s dubbed, “WildLines” and “Brain Maps,” she incorporates lines and symbolism to create works that are universally approachable and therefore inclusive to a vast range of communities. She is an advocate for art accessibility and equity; following a belief that art is, and should be everywhere. Originally from Brooklyn, jones has been a Pittsburgh resident as of 2016.

Isaac Pleta
Juror
Isaac Pleta the Communication Coordinator at Associated Artists of Pittsburgh where he developed ‘Returns to Art,’ a short-form social media video series that highlights local art organizations and artists. Since the series’ inception in 2020, Isaac has featured over 200 arts exhibitions, programs, and sites in and around Pittsburgh. In addition to ‘Returns to Art,’ Isaac supports the AAP exhibition program, including the annual program with Creative Citizen Studios. He received his BA in History of Art and Architecture from the University of Pittsburgh where he studied Contemporary art.
