"Mean Girls" examines the reality that bullying among girls in America has become an epidemic in our society. The exhibition is a springboard to gain awareness, encourage dialogue and promote positive social change."Mean Girls" is comprised of 10 nationally known artists including, Traci Molloy, a Brooklyn-based artist and education activist. For over 10 years, her artwork has examined loss in relation to adolescent violence and bullying, with an emphasis on youth who've committed suicide after being bullied or were murdered by their peers. This traveling exhibition is partnered with the non-profit organization: Strong Women, Strong Girls, and will debut in Pittsburgh, PA.
