For more information about donating through the EITC program contact Ryan Bromley at 412-471-8711 or rbromley@trustarts.org. Guidelines and application information can be found here. Just type “EITC” in the search field.

*Because the state has a limited amount of tax credits that can be awarded each year and the benefits of the EITC program are so valuable, the application process is very competitive. Applications received by the DCED are processed in the order in which they are received.
